Gotherington Singers are available to sing for all your special occasions. Our repertoire is extensive and varied, and we can enhance your special day with beautiful music. Contact us for more information.
We are very responsive to the frequent requests to sing at weddings, funerals and special occasions. Listen to a selection of our music to hear what we have to offer.
We can also provide soloists or a small group of singers if this is your preference.
Weddings
Why not let Gotherington Singers help you plan your wedding music? Our Musical Director, Margaret Crompton, will give you help and advice, and you will be able to hear recordings of the choir singing suitable music, both religious and secular. We have music to suit all tastes.

Charity Concerts
We work closely with the charities concerned when planning our concerts, and will always provide a varied programme. We often invite guest singers or instrumentalists to join us, and we can also provide readings and fun items if requested.
Entertaining
We are also happy to sing and entertain at club and social events, and will put together suitable and varied programmes of music, singing and readings. We have performed at Welsh evenings, Burns Nights, Christmas Parties, Receptions, and Social Clubs to name but a few!
Funerals
These are sad occasions for the family, but music can often be some measure of comfort. Our Musical Director, Margaret, can provide help and advice, and the choir can lead the congregational singing and also sing an anthem or blessing if required. Soloists or a small group of singers are also available.
