The Newhurst Singers, a small group from within the choir, have developed over the last few years. The group add contrast to the main choir and this enables Margaret to undertake ever more ambitious and varied programmes.

The Newhurst Singers are available for all occasions where a smaller number of singers are required. They have a varied repertoire ranging from early music through swing and show songs to contemporary music.

The Newhurst Singers perform one of their “fun” songs at the choir’s Christmas Concert.

On December 16th 2009 they performed at Cotswold Farm in aid of LINC, a lovely occasion and a really beautiful setting.
